About Me
Hi! I’m Courtney. I’m a certified personal trainer & health coach with 15+ years experience, and a trainer & coach who truly gets it because I’ve been through it.
For years, I lived in the exhausting cycle of binge eating, yo-yo dieting, and punishing workouts. I obsessed over the scale-always chasing a version of “fit” that never felt good enough.
Eventually, I realized that more restriction and more cardio wasn’t the answer. What actually worked? Strength training, eating with intention (not perfection), and giving my body the respect it deserved.
Now I help women, especially in perimenopause-build lean and strong bodies without the extremes. I teach weight training, mindful eating & moderation, and how to use macro counting without losing your mind.
